Responsibilities
- Heavy Duty Technician Duties:
- Diagnose problems, repair, and maintain heavy-duty vehicles and transmission systems in trucks and more.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and transmission systems.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools.
- Repair or replace damaged components, including engines and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure quality service.
- Transmission Technician Duties:
- Diagnose transmission problems using diagnostic equipment.
- Repair or replace transmission components, such as hydraulic pumps and gear trains.
- Conduct fluid changes and flushes for transmission systems.
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning.
- Stay updated on advancements in transmission technology.
Requirements
- Required: Heavy-duty or transmission repair experience. Experienced techs from all brands should apply!
