Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments for vehicle repair service/maintenance/recall work, and more.
- Greet customers, answer questions, offer 'special promotions' and additional products
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds / ADP System preferred (Both keyboard and cloud-based tablet)
- Good sales, customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
