Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle! Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing and complete paperwork
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Requirements
- Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated to succeed, with good sales, communication and customer service skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen.
