Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle from our inventory to meet their needs and preferences. Explain features, benefits, and vehicle operations during test drives to enhance the customer’s experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming experience – in person, by phone, or via online chat.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle from our inventory to meet their needs and preferences.
- Explain features, benefits, and vehicle operations during test drives to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly personal and team sales goals.
- Follow proven steps and strategies to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Handle all sales documentation, including financing, registration, and trade-ins, with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build and maintain a book of business by prospecting for new customers and nurturing relationships with past clients.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage repeat business and gain valuable referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process to create a lasting impression.
- Continuously learn and apply sales techniques – We provide full training!
Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and approachable – a natural people person!
- Sales experience in any field is a plus, but not required.
- A driven and ambitious mindset with a history of achieving goals.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
