Ideal candidates will have a clean driving record, be over 21, and be able to drive trucks ranging from pickups to 20' low cab forward flat beds. Job Description

Daily pickup and deliveries to Commercial customers and Construction sites within the local tri-state area. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to shop manager. Operate a fork-lift to load and unload shipments and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Daily pickup and deliveries to Commercial customers and Construction sites within the local tri-state area
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to shop manager
• Ensure that trucks are loaded safely and ensure loads are properly secured to prevent damage
• Operate a fork-lift to load and unload shipments and deliveries
• When not driving, will be responsible for racking raw materials and general shop organization
• Adhere to safe driving practices and rules of the road

Requirements

• Bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Be a team player and have the ability to take instruction from multiple project managers
• Be courteous and respectful to customers and associates while making deliveries
• Be organized and turn in required paperwork after each completed task
• Work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and comply with all DOT standards and regulations
• Valid Driver’s license, required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
