In 1986, Acura Columbus became the first Acura dealership in the State of Ohio! We have been providing exceptional service and brand models to the Columbus and Dublin areas for thirty-five years! We need a BDC Service Representative to help us maintain the growth in our service department. These individuals will spend the workday on the telephone and computer, assisting customers with questions and setting up Service appointments via phone, email, chat/text. This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth. We are looking for someone that is skilled with multitasking and working with people. Responsibilities

Respond to Internet and telephone customers’ inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet sales Assist in generating service business by scheduling appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting of potential customers Cashiering and balancing daily accounting for service and parts department transactions Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads, responding to inquiries immediately Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Follow-up calls to assist with CSI Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other departments promptly

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills Superior communication and customer service skills are required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow Need to strive for the best Must have a clean & valid driver’s license Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
