Job Description

Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and professional manner Work with lenders to obtain financing approvals for customers of all credit backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and professional manner
  • Work with lenders to obtain financing approvals for customers of all credit backgrounds
  • Prepare accurate paperwork for all vehicle sales and finance transactions
  • Sell extended warranties, protection packages, and other F&I products
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including safeguarding customer information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience from sale to signature

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I) required
  • Strong knowledge of financing options, compliance, and deal structuring
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals and selling F&I products
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethic and a team player mentality
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
