Responsibilities
- Greet customers and establish a professional, friendly rapport
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features; accompany customers on test drives
- Clearly explain pricing, incentives, and financing/leasing options
- Coordinate with the finance department to complete all necessary paperwork
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay current on product knowledge, new vehicle features, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after the sale
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a customer-facing role preferred
- Proven success in building client relationships and delivering high-level service
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product offerings
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
