Present finance, lease, and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally Obtain finance approvals by working directly with banks and lenders and more.

Responsibilities
- Present finance, lease, and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally
- Obtain finance approvals by working directly with banks and lenders
- Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring compliance
- Prepare and review all documentation for accuracy and legal compliance
- Sell extended warranties, protection plans, and additional F&I products
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the transaction process
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors
- Stay current with lending programs, policies, and industry compliance standards
Requirements
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCE MANAGER IN AN AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
- Direct, hands-on experience managing F&I processes, structuring deals, and securing financing
- Deep understanding of automotive finance products, lender guidelines, and compliance laws
- Proven success in selling finance and aftermarket products
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
