Responsibilities
- Mine our database for viable customers
- Assist customers in understanding available vehicle upgrade options
- Provide information on service packages and promotions
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized service lane
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Some sales experience is a plus!
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
