Responsibilities
- Hire, train and manage 5 BDC associates in a call center environment
- Set quotas and appointment goals
- Manage incoming calls and leads
- Train and assist staff in answering internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking for product availability, price, payment information, etc.
- Train and assist staff to identify customer’s needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales representatives.
- Build, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes
- Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance
- Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
- Contribute to high scores for the dealership’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Requirements
- Internet / BDC experience is required – BDC management experience is a PLUS!
- Managerial and leadership skills
- Customer service, communication and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Automotive sales experience is a PLUS!
- Experience with digital marketing
