Responsibilities
- Greet and engage service customers to identify potential trade‑in or upgrade opportunities
- Review service appointments, vehicle history, and equity positions
- Present upgrade options and coordinate introductions to the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow‑up activity
- Support dealership service‑to‑sales processes and daily traffic flow
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Previous dealership, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive, energetic, team‑focused attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
