Oversee the service department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Manage service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations and more.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the service department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Develop and implement service department processes and procedures
  • Monitor and manage service department budgets and financial performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Required: Previous experience in a service management role within the automotive industry
  • Required: Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Required: Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Preferred: ASE certification
  • Required: Valid driver's license and good driving record
