Job Description
Greet customers, complete a thorough walk-around, and make customers feel welcome! Write repair orders through our dealer management system Work with customers and technicians to identify required services using the vehicle's service history and prior recommendations

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, complete a thorough walk-around, and make customers feel welcome!
- Write repair orders through our dealer management system
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required services using the vehicle's service history and prior recommendations
- Schedule appointments with customers as needed
- Advise customers on needed/suggested services and costs, advice on any current special promotions available
- Give customer updates as needed
- Compute and communicate the cost of replacement parts and labor to customers
- Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer’s vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
- Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
Requirements
- Previous service advisor experience is preferred!
- CDK Experience a Plus
- Prior dealership experience is a plus
- Some Saturdays will be required
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Good work ethic and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
