Rochester Toyota needs to hire full-time BDC Sales Appointment Setters to work in our fast-paced Business Development Call Center, to answer internet, telephone, and text questions from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more! Your goal is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, goal-driven professionals who are masters at influence, confident, and enjoy the art of sales. Responsibilities

Utilizing a script to guide your response, answer internet, telephone, online chat, and text requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more!  Respond to customer inquiries immediately. Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet, Email, or Text. Schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle. Follow up with 'no shows' to reschedule appointments. Utilize CRM tracking system daily. Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System. Utilize Google Spreadsheets. Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. Study, learn, and understand the vehicles Toyota offers. Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products, and procedures.

Requirements

Superior communication and customer service skills to deal with various types of personalities. Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm, positive, 'can-do' attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent follow-through skills. Dependable. Strong work ethic. Strong computer skills. Team player. Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience. At least one year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Customer Service Experience. Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred, but we will train qualified candidates. High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Must be available to work weekends.
